We will begin our journey and walk at Sydney’s most renowned landmark, situated along the city’s picturesque harbor. Capture the essential photo of the structure with its iconic sails, then we will head inside for a guided tour.
We will enter through the Queen Elizabeth II Gate and we’ll find ourselves within 30 hectares of stunning gardens, brimming with fascinating Aboriginal heritage as well as 8,900 plant species from Australia and around the world.
So much more than a library, the State Library of NSW hosts a range of exhibitions, events, tours, and workshops. Parliament House, the Sydney Mint and the Hyde Park Barracks Museum are all nearby, too.
Hyde Park is Australia’s oldest public parkland, built in 1810. It’s home to the Archibald Memorial Fountain and the Anzac Memorial, as well as an abundance of leafy shade for us to relax after a long day on our feet.
